Refund policy
Pocahantas hair and skin does not allow refunds. Store credits may only be applied under certain circumstances. No refunds or credit are issued for packages shipped without tracking numbers. That includes "small packet international service".
It is the customers responsibility to track their orders. Tracking numbers are sent in the email provided. Be sure to check junk mail for tracking and pick up information.
Store credits minus the shipping cost may be issued for customers who fail to provide their correct shipping address.
Refunds will not be issued for leave-in conditioners that spoil due to the item being delivered to a mailbox or post office and not picked up by the customer within 1 day. Leave-in conditioners require refrigeration so please track your order closely if it is ordered.Â
Pick up orders need to be picked up within 14days, if an extension needs to be granted on pick up please notify me via email or Instagram dm for this request. Refunds will not be granted after 21days of no shows.
