Shipping policy

All products are handmade so please allow 7 business days to have products shipped out.

Due to my efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, I am unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed. If your package has been mailed off and it is returned, packages marked Return to sender due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will issue store credit for the net total minus the shipping fee. You will be held responsible for the initial cost of shipping the package. No refunds or credits are issued for packages shipped without tracking numbers.

Important note "Small packet international service" does not include insurance or a tracking number.
